NEW CALLING!!!

So I just got called to be a 1st counselor in Relief Society and at our first Relief Society meeting I was told that I was the education counselor and that the 2nd counselor was over our "Enrichment" meetings (except now we don't call it Enrichment) I was a little confused after reading the new handbook it does not specifically outline those responsibilities..What is the law on this matter?? Can anyone shed some light???
